– Ilaria Congiu:
Young film director and journalist, I have always had a deep passion for shooting and writing. After my high school degree, I moved to Paris and attended the International Institute for Journalism (IEJ), where I deepen my knowledge about journalistic writing, radio, filmmaking and editing. At the same time I worked with two directors, that I assisted during documentaries production.
At present I am working in the development of my first feature documentary, where I am both author and director; writing for the Messaggero’s magazine “Evolve” and assist the Italian director Paolo Sodi.
I have always loved capturing moments, seizing details and looking for the most suitable lights. It’s a passion that makes my blood rushing, it guides me and makes me feel tireless. But first and foremost, I love writing. Investigate facts, meet new people, and wrote about their stories. I am a resolute person, determined and creative.
